Awaiting payout since 2010 - no concrete feedback

I received a call from Salt employee benefits to try and sort out my query.

Only to find out they were looking at paying out way more money than what was owing to me, I was honest and told them it was a smaller payout to which they apologised and informed me they would get the matter sorted out so that I can get paid.

I was told that they needed to contact the principal member to get payout documents from 2011 before a decision can be made to pay me out now. In the interim I was asked in August 2017 to get a letter of Authorisation from the High Court authorising me the payment of the outstanding balance. I am not sure why I had to get this if not I have to wait for old documents to be reviewed. It seems like an excuse just to delay further.

It is so frustrating as nobody gives me a time frame and nobody seems to be able to give me solid feedback. It comes across as the company is so disorganised and the tracer that tracked me down cannot answer anything either.

My father Norman Oswald Holloway passed away in 2010, I simply want the money owing to us.
