Appalling service
I'm writing this shaking and crying. I cant believe these people poor service, my husband put in a claim back in September but even now we haven't received any money. When you call they tell you wait 10 days,its awful.
Its almost Christmas we have no food,no Christmas clothes nothing for our kids.
I'm extremely disappointed and hurt.
