Ref *** this is by far the worst survives that I have received from any company. The payment on my claim is the 2 June 2023 it is 17 days late and I cant get hold of your company! The general feedback is I will get back to you and then never hear back from any of you representatives! My wife phoned today on my behalf as I was getting fed up with this nonsense. She was treated with no respect . This is unacceptable for a call agend ( Rosally ) to make the remarks as my wife asked if she could give a ref and she could call me , your representatives rep**** and said it is not her job to phone Salt clients . The worst service I have ever had to deal with. As you give feedback on hello peter but not on your whatsapp service, call centre calls drop after 20 min ! But i get same day reply on hello peter ! I wonder why because it is prove that you have a lacking customer care department!
