3 MONTHS - NO ACTUAL/CONCRETE FEEDBACK (HORRIBLE SERVICE)
Good day,
It has been almost 3 months now waiting for payout. Whenever I email SALT/NCBEI, they just mention that they are "busy" with the "March 2023 levies", but no actual feedback regarding the progress of the withdrawal.
Since my claim has been submitted, no one could give me actual feedback - even if you call them, they do not answer any calls, whatsoever. And as mentioned previously, emails also do not seem to help in any case, because you'll get no actual concrete feedback from them.
I am very, very, very disappointed in SALT Employee Benefits, I would not recommend anyone, not even my worst enemy to join them. Please, STAY AWAY.
