Worst customer service ever experienced!!

Placed two orders with them to be delivered to two separate addresses, they made a mistake and swapped the order around. In which they sent the orders to the wrong locations. Contacted them and was treated horribly. Never have I ever been spoken to like that, the customer service representative was very rude. It was their mistake and I was made to feel terrible about it. I furthermore had to cover the cost of THEIR mistake and find a way to courier the products back. They said I had to pay R190 to get it sent to the correct location. I am absolutely appalled by their behavior and the manner in which they treat their clients.
