Terrible Service

To all customers who use Salon 500, they have absolutely pathetic customer service. I have been visiting this shop for years and have experienced rudeness, suspicion, and outright hostility from the owner to the management. If it was not through the brands they stock I would never ever come back. They do not know anything about their products, they cannot advise you especially if you are not a hairdresser. Why do they sell to the public then if the shop is only interested in protecting the hairdressers and hair salons? Are we not paying for our products as well? If anyone knows of another place that offers these brands please can you share it? Thank you.
