Salon500 Durban bad service.

1 star is by far too many to rate this company. On 27 Nov 2023 I ordered Goldwell Conditioner. I received an e-mail to confirm that they did receive my payment. On 29 Nov 2023 I send an e-mail because I never heard from them again. They said there are a backlog on their black Friday specials. I decided to look for another company to order the shampoo. I found Kolorz in Boksburg Gauteng. They were R50 cheaper than Salon500's black Friday special. I ordered the shampoo on 29l11l2023. It was delivered on 30 Nov 2023 here in the Northern Cape. On 30 Nov 2023 I received an e-mail from fastway or was it slowway! Couriers that they picked up the parcel from Durban and are on their way to Kimberley. Today 2 Dec 2023 at 15h30 I received an e-mail that the pacel is in Bloemfontein. I wonder if this parcel will make it to me before 2024?. I will never recommend Salon500 to anybody, because of their beyond bad service.
