Good products, good price TERRIBLE choice in courier supplier. TERRIBLE!

The reason I give Salon 500 a two star rating is not because of their prices or their products but their bad choices in choosing delivery companies. On 25November2022 order #71846 I ordered a few of my staple products I need for everyday use. A whole week later and the delivery company Fastway that they make use of us unable to deliver the goods. Because they think it is a brilliant idea to try and make delivery at after 19:00 at night to a office block. Really now! I ended up buying the products from my Partners Hair Design, as I had a year end function as well as a gala event in that week. It is weekend again today, no delivery company is going to deliver meaning that on Monday I will have to read delivery updates of how they tried making delivery at night. Absolutely pathetic.
