No feedback Bad Slow Service

This is day 6, since 29 Jan when i last logged a fault with telkom call center about me no been able to send out Any emails, no one has come back to me, worst of is that my problem is not fixed. I will daily file a complaint if telkom ignore me. BAD SLOW UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE SHOULD BE THEIR LOGO. I will go out my uttermost best to drag telkoms name through the mud, until they give me what i'm paying for....THE worst service i ever experienced in my life is telkom. I phone them every day to ask for sorting out this not been able to send emails, they keep on promising that a 2nd level support techi will call, but the **** service is what i'm complaining about. Someone better call me, or i will also make a 30k banner, put it on a corner for everyone to see, SAYING \TELKOM THE WORST
