Excellent after sales service from Saimel

I booked with Saimel Travel, a company is found via a Whatsapp group chat. I want to tell everyone how excited I was to find that my trust was not misplaced. Their integrity is really very helpful in gaining the confidence of their clients. I found it out from the beginning. Jeridina was the agent who assisted me. She went out of her way to make sure the booking was confirmed to my satisfaction. When we arrived at the destination, we had some problems because of a storm that hit the arear a day prior to our arrival. I messaged Jeradina on Whatsapp because I couldn't get hold of reception of anyone from the resort due to all the lines being down. She immediately, at that late hour went into action and contacted her seniors who contacted the resort. This resulted in the General Manager coming to our chalet at that late hour to sort out our challenges. He was very helpful and kind to us. He even threw in a free night and free horseriding too. What impressed me is the after sales service we received from Saimel travel, who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, happy and well taken care of. I salute you guys.
