UNCOMFORTABLE COUCH

Do no buy from this store. I sent them a picture of what I wanted, granted they replicated the couch but the quality is very poor. I told them I do not like the fact that it feels like I am literally sitting on a bench. They promised to come back to me with a solution but never did. They are no longer responding to my messages and wont take my calls. DO NOT BUY HERE, POOR QUALITY & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
