Terrible Experience

Awful experience. Shocking customer service, incredibly rude staff. We ordered a couch and when they made an error on pricing, they were very quick to tell me and my wife we were lying. When the couch was delivered it was in a poor state, stitching was loose and threads coming out, and the foam requested and paid for was not in the cushions, a cheaper foam was used.

After trying to resolve the issues with a number of staff members, they were all extremely rude, I decided I would be better off requesting a refund. They would not entertain this idea, and were happy to completely violate their return policy as per their website.

After sometime I was then contacted by a member of staff apologising and asked me to please give them a second chance and let them amend the issues. I agreed to this as I feared they would not honour their refund policy.

They then collected the cushions to amend, however when it eventually was returned to us (much later than originally agreed), the foam used was incorrect once again and stitching was not fixed. The stitching is now coming apart.

I then contacted them multiple times with regards to this and was completely ignored.

Needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone.
