No Couch for a year!!

Good afternoon. I have a problem with a lady I bought my couch from. My name is Hlamarisa from Mokopane, Limpopo. I bought a couch from Sahara stores in Mokopane in March 2022. The couch started having problems around late last year and it was taken back to the store for repairs in September. They took in the damaged part of the couch. Which is the L-shaped part. The couch has since been gone. I was in contact with the store owner by the name of Monica. She has been promising to deliver the couch since 2022 October. I will attach the conversations I’ve had with her together with the relevant dates. She has been having excuses as to why she could not deliver the couch. I was on martenity leave so I could not leave my young baby and run after her. Fast foward to 2023, she told me her store was closed but she was busy making sure my couch will be delivered. She promised that it was going to be delivered in January, but it was later moved to February which was also later moved to April and she is now not taking any calls. From me, my family members or my lawyers. A letter of demand was drafted and it is to be delivered. I’m struggling without my couch and I paid a lot of money (for me) to buy it. The couch was bought at 8500. Till date I’ve been getting promises to get me the couch with no answers.
