Incorrect couch

I ordered a custom made couch from this Sahara Africa furnitures. The order was delivered but the couch looked like a second hand couch. It was dirty, hand prints and yellow marks on it with a broken leg. I asked them to return the couch as it was not satisfactory and they came back to collect it with no problem. That was collected with no problems and they started on a new couch. It was delivered but it was the wrong material. The couch was lumpy the cushions are not the same size and the finishing was just wrong. I told them the day it was delivered and they said they would collect it the same week. It's been over three weeks now the couch hasn't been collected. They keep on telling to bring it back myself and that I will not receive my full refund for the couch. The owner is not responding to any WhatsApp nor answering his phone.
