Horrible service

I ordered a couch on 26th NOVEMBER 2021. I got a confirmation email stating that my couch would arrive in 7 to 14 working days. Since then I never received another email from them. The confirmed that my couch would be with me by the 23rd of December (via IG stories) but since then I have not heard anything from them.

They do not answer emails or phone calls. I’m highly dissapointed. I wanted to support a local business but this is horrible - I don’t know who to reach out to for a refund.
