Bad service and faulty products

A month ago, I bought a couch from this company, and unfortunately, it has been one of the most disappointing customer experiences I have ever had.

I specifically ordered a grey L-shaped corduroy couch that was advertised by the company. I made it very clear to the owner that I wanted the exact couch shown in the adverti*****t, and he assured me that it would be made accordingly.

On the delivery day, communication became extremely difficult. The owner switched off his phone and did not respond to my calls or text messages. Later that evening, around 18:00, he told me that the couch would no longer be delivered that day and that delivery would instead take place the following week.

A week later, the delivery team arrived. Throughout the day, I was messaging the owner to ask for updates on their arrival, and he responded at that time. However, as soon as the couch was brought into my home, I immediately noticed that it was not the couch I had ordered. The colour and material were completely different from what I had specifically requested. I informed both the delivery team and the owner immediately.

Since then, I have received no assistance or feedback from the owner. Despite numerous calls and messages, all communication efforts have been ignored.

I am now left with a mustard-coloured couch that is not only incorrect but also faulty, as the sections do not properly connect to one another.

I am extremely disappointed by the level of professionalism, customer service, and overall conduct displayed by this company. From dealing with an unprofessional and rude owner to being left with a defective product that I did not order, this entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.
