Worst experience I have ever had with any business ever

I wish I could give you a-holes minus 100000 stars. Such unfriendly staff! And they don’t give a damn about you or your time! This has by far been the worst service I have ever received from anyone. Our internet was supposed to be installed by the 29th of November. It is now 31 December and NOTHING!!!! We have a ticket number and we get an sms for when they schedule an appointment and then NOTHING!!! We called and asked if everything was still going fine at 15:00 and the woman was SO unfriendly on the other end of the line. She PROMISED US THEY WOULD BE THERE AND NOBODY CAME!! We had to delay our vacation plans just to make sure we were here on the day that THEY made an appointment with us. We waited all day in our apartment and nobody even called to let us know they weren’t coming! You people are disgusting and I hope you go bankrupt. You don’t deserve to be an up and running business with the kind of service you give.
