Worst customer service in South Africa!

<p>I was connected with a 10 Mbps package with Safricom as a wireless package. I phoned them multiple times to tell them that the speed NEVER go beyond 3 Mbps. No service was provided.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid for 10 Mbps, that's why I'm expecting at least 8Mbps constantly. This is pathetic client service that was provided!!</p>
