Worst customer service I have ever experienced

<p>I am still waiting (it's been 5 weeks) for my fibre installation. I am a student, which means that I need internet 24/7 to do my work. Safricom Potchefstroom easily has the worst client service I have ever encoutered. Their employees have no idea what's going on, and their helpdesk is useless. </p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointing. </p>
