Worse service I have yet to encounter

Good day, Dont make the mistake I have made concerning Safricom Telecommunications Potchefstroom. They do not care about customer care nor about professionalism. I have been waiting for a month to get an install date for my internet. I have phoned them at leats twice a week spending over n hundred minutes this month of my talking time to get assistance. When i would phone, that is to say that their answering machine is working, and a representative answers I would give them my problem and they would say thet they will phone me back. Up until today i have not been phoned back. After about two and a half weeks I started asking for the manager, he answered but the line was very bad and got cut off. They said he would phone me back in 30 minutes. After waiting an hour I phoned again, this process repeated three times that day. On the last call of that day the person who answered didnt say a word and left the line silent for a few minutes. After that the line just got put down the rest of the time I phoned on the day. They made me promises to when it will be done and installed wich they did not commit to. Rather try another service.
