VERY Slow Internet

I am extremely disappointed with the service I receive from Safricom. I have a 10 MBS line (supposedly), but the average speed I get is between 1-2MBS during the day. In the evening it averages around 100-200kbs, which is 100 times slower than what I pay for! Not even to talk about the upload speed! I wonder if the people who have 2MBS lines get the same speed as me, or do they also get 10% or less than what they actually pay for.

I can't see why this company keeps taking on new clients every month if they can't even provide for the clients they already have. This is ridiculous!
