Safricom: Waste of time

Will not recommend!!! Not getting the promised connection speed, that is if we do have a connection at all. If you call them they just want to "open a ticket", but that does nothing at all for your problems. I have a 10MBPS up and down load, but sometimes I get less than 1MBPS. This happens daily. Sometimes there is no connection what so ever. Having these issues on a daily basis!
