Safricom telecommunications is the worst!!

If i could rate them less than one star i would... We are supposed to have 5meg line with them but we are constantly running between 1 and 2 mbs..We have contacted them several times regarding this problem each time they send a tech and the only response we get is! SORRY WE CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG.. After calling them 10 days ago without any reply we decided to cancel our contract.. This runs until the last day of each month they decided to disconect us today.. When we called the the call centre all they say is sorry we see its offline but dont know why!! This is the worst wifi supplier ever and the service is just as bad! If you are thinking of using them dont waste your time or money like we did
