Safricom Telecommunications is the world's WORST ISP

If you're Thinking about getting internet installed in Potchefstroom area, and you're thinking about using Safricom as your ISP, please read this so that you will not waste your time. Firstly I want to talk about their customer service, which is absolute horrible, I have to phone them 4-6 times a day just to follow up on my ticket(Which I booked in the beginning of the year ). When I finally got through to them they could not even give me any information of my ticket for fiber installation. Secondly the internet that they supply is even worse than their customer service, after I finally gave up on getting fiber installed, I got a wireless packet. Each month I pay R700 for a supposed 10 mbs. But instead what I get is 0.1mbs and a constant packet loss of 20-30%. Ironically enough I had to wait about 20 mins to load the HalloPeter page.
