Safricom Potchefstroom worst service ever!

Worst customer service ever! Been dealing with Natahan (sales person) since 2017 and still waiting for WIFI installation. Shocking. Do not return emails, messages or phone calls. Even spoke to a manager last year, and still have the same problem. Many people complaining about the same service, and waiting forever for installation.
