Safricom Potchefstroom

Safricom Potchefstroom has very poor service. I would never recommend them to anyone! We canceled the WiFi 3 months ago and was told there were no payment issued or anything of the sort. They had just needed to come fetch their product. They then never communicated a time or scheduled an appointment to come and get it. They ended up blacklisting us for Over R2500 as they claimed we have their products and have not given it back! They had no proper communication regarding any part of the situation. They are pathetic and you constantly have problems with them! I would never recommend them.
