Safricom is the worst at customer service

Hi guys, so my internet keeps on going on and off and it is really frustrating, so I called safricom last week Friday and explained what was happening and they created a ticket today Thursday I called again and they said my ticket hasn't been assigned to anyone yet. I told them I have been waiting long enough and I want it sorted today, so all they did was to tell me your ticket might get asigned today to someone, what upsets me the most is that I have been waiting so long and had to call 3 times to get someone to help me. Is there any where I can lodge a formal complaint againts them?
