Safricom is a bad ISP

I signed up with safricom on September 2019, a technician has been here 5 times to my house... And all 5 times i got a diffrent excuse to why im not getting 10mbps. I avarage at 5mbps and sometimes even 2mbps but they expect you to pay the full amount and very fast to put your link off. This is the worst ISP i have ever met. By the way iv been 8 years in IT and i was a junior network engineer. I understand networking very well and i know when a company or uneducated IT technicians are trying to bull**** me. The whole town is complaining about the company. This is the only ISP i can go with in my area unfortunately , they know it and thats why they take advantage! SAFRICOM IS THE WORST ill advise you to go for someone else!
