Signed up for service and had to move. Their office requested transfer and their office informed me of the rejection in writing. After nearly 3 THREE YEARS they send me an email, with a threat of Legal Action for equipment NOT REMOVED. Copy of contract only received end of last week AFTER VISITING THEIR OFFICE. NEVER HAVE I BEEN INFORMED BY THEIR SALES TEAM THAT I CAN CANCEL A 24 MONTH CONTRACT WITH A CANCELLATION FEE.
