Breathtakingly non existent customer service

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!The reviews on this site must be evident and true reflection of the service this company render,ONLY bad reviews submitted by clients.I cannot comprehend how they stay in business and what make it worst is that most complaints are about the same thing.Can the owners of the company not realize that there is something drastically wrong with the day to day management of the company? I had the same problem with my installation/signal (or lack there off) and it became even worse when I wanted to close my account.For prospective clients wanting to deal with Safricom I can just give one word of advise.....RUN!!!!!!!
