Be sure to get what you Pay for. Customer service is relatively Good to Modest from both the Customer Care and Service Departments. Product and Price looks good on paper, However this is where it ends. Broadband Speeds over 6 Mbps are completely almost unattainable and when available, very erratic and not sustainable. My current subscription allows for a 10 Mbps Uncapped and UN-throttled ISP connection. I would truly appreciate what I pay for.
