Hotspots used for connecting to the NWU-VPN for internet access rarely work, usually only one works of which the speed of the internet is slow. I have an average download speed of 0.07 Mbps and an average upload speed of 0.62 Mbps. Hope the unreliability and service problems will be sorted out soon.
