Unauthorized debit order from Safetybox

Safetybox has an ******* unauthorized debit order for R59-00 a month going off my domestic worker's bank account,It seems this company has done this to many people.I have tried contacting the company with no luck -the telephone number goes to another company which does not answer the phone THIS is THEFT ! Can anyone help us sort this out ?
