Unauthorised debit order

<p>Amount of R49 being deducted unauthorised off my banking account. I need it urgently refunded with banking costs please.</p> <p>Please can you provide me the reason why I got a debit order from you, as far as I remember I’ve never signed up with you guys. If I’m wrong please could you provided with the statement or any documents showing that I have an account with you.</p>
