******* bank deductions

good day every month I get a deduction on my bank account for SAFETYBOX ; HOTSPOTTER and SOMUSIC I have no idea what this is. I do not even have an app on my phone or my laptop for these services. I do not make use of these services; how can I if I do not even know what it is. I checked my cellphone contranct an nowhere is it mentioned that I agreed to any services partaining to SAFETYBOX; HOTSPOTTER or SOMUSIC. I see these as ******* transaction done without my concent and I would like to have this stopped ASAP. I wrore emails to all of them and have yet to receive a response.
