Disgusted

I have been trying to stop these people from deducting money from my account for about 6 months, they started deducting money after i told them i did not want what they have to offer, it has been an issue for them to stop the debit order, i have contracted them every month being rather polite and asking nicely please stop deducting money from me, and to please refund, i received a call from one of the ladies saying that once canceled they still deduct money form one more month, it has now been two months and they are still deducting money from me, when i ask for a refund they refuse, but to take money it is easy then they shrug there shoulders when you would like you own money back, what ever you do do not subscribe to them you can never stop them. i have resorted to stopping my debit order which i never do, so that they can stop. they are ******* these people.
