SA Coin out of funds??

A coin was purchased in January but not delivered in February as SA Coin said that they had had a *******. When we demanded payment we received a lawyers letter saying that when we bought time was not of the essence & there was no requirement of quick delivery. On requesting repayment we now receive automated responses to the effect that they are not required by law to replace "our" coins. BS: they never delivered and now-6 months later cannot repay.
