SA COIN FAILS TO DELIVER

In September 2017, I was contacted by Deborah Thiart via email regarding the 2017 First Edition Internationally Graded Silver Krugerrand Finest Proof 70- Pre- Launch Offer Advantage which was to the value of R15000.00, but I paid a first deposit of R3000 and again R3000 and told her I would pay at a later stage, due to unforseen matters that came up. Then she told me that it is fine, she would inform me once my coin has been delivered, which would be to the value of probably over R500 000. 00 and I told her I would have the remaining balance by then, which was also to cover to myself. I was surprised when I received a letter signed by Mark Anderson that they are sorry to inform me that the delivery vehicle was involved in a ******* and that I should choose if I want the coin or the cash. And I opted for the cash. It has been over a period almost six months now and have not heared from any of them and when I try to send them an email regarding the progress, they either dont respond or the email comes back as undelivered. And when I call them at ********** 312, no one answers.
