Holding my money.

I was trying to buy gold coins from the above company dealing with a man by the name Paul Thompson. I asked for a statement after 3 payments and he never sent one to me. I then requested for a refund because my financial situation changed and I couldn't and still can't afford the coins anymore but never got it. I paid R5000 to SA Coin towards coins worth R10000. I then asked for his boss who was a bit of understanding but redirected me to Paul Thompson. I asked him if I could at least get a coin worth R5000 since he insisted that they don't do refunds but never got anything. I have been emailing Paul Thompson and now he completely ignores my emails. This has been going on since 2016. I need your help to recover my 5k. Please help
