Zero reply or resolution....

I have sent email after email after email after email, with all the "required" supporting documents so that I can be removed from this TV requirement. I live in Australia and my TV is in a container coming to Australia, but I keep getting message about paying for my license. I keep sending them all the emails and supporting Docs and they do not even bother to reply!!! So now what???
