I wanted to buy a Tv was told l owe 5000 rand for a Tv livence. l have never bought a Tv before so l was asked to write an affidavit saying so l did. Their response was l shoul say whre or what happenned to the Tv. l neve r bought a tv or licence. Now no one is respondingbor helping me.
