Worst service

Capital Legacy opened a TV licence in my Name without informing me( My wife has a TV licence. Years later I am now being sued for a TV licence that 1) Was opened by Capital Legacy ( without my knowlegde) 2) I never received the TV . 3) The Licence was not needed. I made numerous attempts to both Companies to close this without avail.
