Worst customer service ever

I am trying to cancel a tv license wich (the tv) I dont have. I phoned them and they guy ai spoke to was very rude. As i am disabled i am unable to get into a police station because there are steps. They told me to make a plan and get back to them. They were very rude and insensitive. Please can you help me with this
