Worst customer service.

I'm trying to stop the monthly debit order (close the account) for my mother that passed away in December 2022. Are there people working at the SABC TV licensing department? I've called numerous times. It does not matter if you phone early, midday or late in the afternoon, no one picks up the phone nor answer any emails. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
