why am i paying fees when you do not provide servi

For the last few years, in fact about 5, i have faithfully paid my tv licnce.<br> why?<br> i ahve not had decent signal for about 2 of the 5 and for the remainder, there has been absolutely no signal whatsoever.<br> <br> i havent had sabc 1 2 or 3 nor have i watched etv for the last 5 years. <br> why should i pay for a service i cannot even pick up in three different places?
