WHAT THE HELLL??!!??

Im trying to get hold of my TV license number via the email no response on 4 occasions.<br> <br> I just phoned through, get a option to enter my ID number , when i speak to the consultant she asks for my ID number again , telling me that system never worked... i tell her i emailed , she tells me i must follow up to see if they got the mail , yet its a no reply address??!!??<br> <br> The consultant has a attitude with me , as if im the problem!!!!<br> <br> and when i ask to speak to a manager she just puts me back in the queue - WASTE of my time and ENERGY!!<br> <br> I would appreciate someone getting hold of me , so that i can sort this matter out, i want to get my License up to date PLEASE!!!<br> <br>
