What a joke!!!!!!

Never in the past few years have i received any documents to state that i must pay my tv lisence or that its in arears. Now after 3 years not even owning my own tv any more and staying with someone else in there house, were they pay the tv lisence for their tv, im handed over for owing an amount of R1300. How is this possible??you cant just go out and and hand people over without knowing the facts. I will not leave this here, this is a joke.
