Utter incompetence - 10 years and counting

I split up with my ex-boyfriend 10 years ago. The SABC TV licence was in my name. My ex-boyfriend kept the TV and I sent the SABC notification that the TV was now with him and he would be responsible for paying the licence. I also sent an affidavit as requested. Ten years later - and after sending these *****s the same documentation several times - they are demanding payment and sending me threatening emails. No wonder this institution is bankrupt. No hope.
