Useless SABC!

In 2023 I bought a new tv, and I paid my tv licence. So in February 2024 I want to buy another tv, on the sabctvlicence website it states that I owe R371. I paid R371 online on 25 February. But my account on Sabctvlicence wasn’t updated! I can’t buy a new tv. Now I get emails and sms’s every third day telling me I have to pay my license. I have sent 17 emails with proof of payment, but to no avail!
