Useless SABC

On the 25th of October 2020 I paid a R1000 into the SABC account in error. It should have gone into my fathers account which I named my mustake in the same format. I contacted Capitec to revwrse the teansaction as I am unable to do it from my Capitec Account. I was informed it will cost me R160. I asked Capitec to proceed. SABC refused to pay the money back as oer Capitec instruction. I am fully paid up as well as my father. Now Capitec gave me a number *** NO ONE ANSERS THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!??? Now why give this number if no one answers!!!!!!!! Flippen useless organisation. No wonder why they are in the "dwang"
